[*] MTS and unbundled DSL service mandated by CRTC

So it would seem that MTS has been mandated by the CRTC to offer TV, and
more importantly (to me anyway), Data Services, without the requirement
for subscribing to their voice services. I haven't figured out what day
specifically the clock starts ticking on this, but they suposedly have 4
weeks to comply as of somtime early September, and have already started
training reps for how things will work. Neat.
