[*] Some more SIP&NAT testing

Anyone have a sip address I can test where the RTP stream goes to the same
host as the SIP session?  If I'm reading things correctly, the sip
connection tracking in Linux gets the source address from the first outbound
SIP/SDP packet, not the one sent by the other side so my tests using FWD
aren't working.  Something that goes to VM or plays music would be fine, I
don't need a human to pick up.
