Digital phone not VoIP phone. No I am sure it is VoIP but definitely not Voice 
over the Internet.

I do not understand why you are asking? ITSP means Internet Telephony Service 
Provider.  If you have broadband Internet access of course they can provide service.

The best bet for a second or first line is to get a connection with Les or John. 
Is it much cheaper than ISDN and you do not need additional hardware in your 
computer. Of course you need a broadband Internet connection.
