Well, it's now Wednesday, and I called Friday around 4:45 and left a
detailed message about what I was looking for and asked for a call back on
Monday. Still nothing... Even when you give them the details so they can
research it they drop the ball.

Just for a laugh someone should call up MTS and try and order the
service.
Keep track of how many times you are told the service doesn't exist and
how many people you have to talk to before you get to talk to someone
who knows what IP trunking is.
I'm going to give it a shot on Monday and see what happens.
