[*] Mitel 3300 ICP

Hello;
I've connected an Asterisk box (1.4) to our Mitel 3300 pbx. Calling extensions from either side works fine and outside calls to the Mitel box can be forwarded to any of the Asterisk extensions but I can get outside calls placed from the asterisk side to connect.
Is anyone familiar with this sort of setup?
