I had looked at using ZIM once to send out nagios notifications, but b/c I
was just playing around I never signed up for an account or anything. Looks
like it might be sending only not receiving. :-(

Has anyone ever implemented a text message gateway?

Is this a service offered by the Telcos?

Is it possible to receive text messages to a non-cell phone? I've seen
ads and promos where you can send a text message to receive information
or enter contests etc. Does anyone know how this is implemented?
