[RndTbl] Shaw @home in trouble?

Shaw takes care of their own cable modem network, while some of the
companies in the states relied on @Home to do the same.  The extent of
@home shutting down, wrt Winnipeg, would probably be limited to email and
web pages, and then only for those that haven't moved from @home.com to
@shaw.ca.
