That's actually Red Hat's _German_ development team's support site.
(Denmark is .DK, Germany is .DE.)

Yes, it should be in English.  I'm not sure why Red Hat's US FTP sites don't
carry this very useful thing.  I'll look into mirroring it to our own MUUG
FTP server, in any case.
