[RndTbl] dynamic dns

EasyDNS (www.easydns.com) is based out of Toronto, is run by a couple of
guys with their heads screwed on straight, and so far has provided
excellent service at a very reasonable cost.  I use them for both
primary and secondary-only service for a variety of domains.
