[RndTbl] Bittorrent and Shaw

I hadn't even read the comments. I just went back and read them and 
they made me laugh. I guess some people just don't understand that 
bandwidth isn't free. If every user used 30GB/month of traffic, Shaw or 
Telus or whoever would be out of business or the prices would 
skyrocket.

Sigh.
