Login to ebay.  Type in your search & refine as desired, even if it
finds nothing.  Click the "save this search" button right there and
tell it to email you.  Sit back and wait for emails when the item shows
up on ebay.

I'm surprised how many people don't know about ebay saved searches.
They rock.
