[RndTbl] RTL SDR Link

[Dan Keizer]

I have not tried using it for anything except an SDR on linux.

I did use the software that came with it (on a windoze 7 box)  and
scanned the frequencies - but it found nothing.

Robert had it working quite well on linux / ubuntu -- even supports >1
unit at the same time. :-)
