[RndTbl] OBD-II compliant car diagnostic tool

I'd be totally into this as well. I'm sick of taking my car into the shop
for a "computer diagnostic" and paying $150 for basically plugging in a
serial cable. And 1/2 the time they still don't know what's causing that
"check engine" light to come on.
