[RndTbl] Looking for a used computer to upgrade a Pentium 4 3.0 GHz

Interesting: Computer Avenue has a refurb Dell Optiplex 380 SFF for $200...
and it uses DDR3!

I'm wondering if the IBM they have uses standard-enough components that I
could just replace the MB/CPU/RAM. I'll have to get the model number and
check.
