OVH has since moved their lower end systems to SoYouStart. I've delt 
with OVH/SYS, iWeb, Peer1, 1&1. My opinion of OVH/SYS is they're quite 
good. Currently a $60/mo gets you into the quad core 3.4Ghz, 32GB Ram, 
2x2TB hardware raid, 200 Mbps guaranteed up/down, unlimited traffic. The 
cheaper ones don't have any KVM over IP but their web interface lets you 
install a variety of distros which it does automatically from over the 
network. They also have a network boot recovery which comes in handy.
