[RndTbl] muug mirror - openbsd 6.0

We’ve been having difficulty mirroring OpenBSD.  Imagine what you know about how the OpenBSD community functions.  Now apply that to their mirror system, too… *sigh*

Looks like the muug.ca <http://muug.ca>  mirror doesn't have OpenBSD 6.0 which was released Sept 1st
