[RndTbl] FYI: IUS mirror deprecated @ muug.ca

The IUS Community Project (https://ius.io/) has transitioned from using 
a network of mirrors, to using Rackspace's CDN service.

MUUG's copy of IUS has been renamed to "ius-legacy" on our mirror, and 
has been synced one final time (there were no changes).  We'll delete 
that, too... eventually.

Moving forward, if you have an up-to-date version of the "ius-release" 
RPM package, you'll automatically be redirected to use the closest 
mirror.

If you have an obsolete ius-release installed (from before April 2019, 
roughly), and/or you've manually customized your .repo file to point to 
MUUG, you'll now be getting 404 errors.  Install an updated ius-release 
RPM (see https://ius.io/GettingStarted/) to get back into sync with the 
new CDN distribution.
