[RndTbl] Remotely exploitable netfilter

Sorry about the incorrect subject line and causing unnecessary panic. It is
*NOT* remotely exploitable. I read "netfilter" and my brain automatically
went to remote vulnerability since protecting against remote threats is
what firewalls do.
