I'm not that fluent with these IP to POTS services, but ...
a guy from Quebec called me at work yesterday regarding product information
and he indicated that he was using Skype.
Worked quite well .. except the call was killed in the middle of the
conversation and he lost his Skype connection for some reason ... had to
resort to the ol' POTS to carry on ..
but the number that rang through was 204-474-1473 .. an mts line from what I
can gather.
