I gave up with the X100P and echo. I also tried the 3000 but still the echo was 
enough of an annoyance that I gave up on that solution. Both with the X100P and 
the 3K if you reduced the transmit gain you got rid of the echo but people 
complained that the audio was too quiet.

That was two years ago and the echo cancellation software hopefully is better.
