[*] Wireless Portability - my painfull attempt

I've worked for Shaw doing digital phone support for a while and I've seen
this many times.
Ports will get rejected for something as simple as an extra period or space
in a name, resulting in another long delay.
There's also the few times where the port isn't recognized on the original
provider's network and calls from that network will fail while calls from
the receiving provider will go through fine.

I have no idea.

Telus mucked up the port, and said they had to re-submit it, this was
thursday, and they said it would take 5-7 days to complete.

I can't go 5-7 days without an inbound phone service.

Its clear that they did not think through this business process.
